Before starting Numetric Financial, I spent 15 years working as a Controller and Human Resources Manager across a range of industries: construction, wood products manufacturing, family office for high-net-worth individuals, and start-ups. Along the way I've had the opportunity to build finance departments from the ground up, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, administer grant funding from award through close-out, and ensure clean audits for both public and privately held entities.
I started Numetric Financial in 2025 because, as a CPA, I kept seeing the same thing: good businesses in Southern Oregon operating without real financial visibility, not because the owners weren't capable, but because they were too busy running the business. I wanted to be the missing piece: someone who handles the numbers so you can focus on what actually grows the business.
